Eagles epitomise freedom. They glide silently with the agility that my muse, the hornbill, lacks. Their presence demands respect, leaving most viewers in awe. They hunt with lethal precision and elegance. Their fantastic eyesight will rival that of us mere mortals. 

Eagle Eye was my first painting, painted on PVC canvas. After all my trial and error over the last year exploring watercolour grounds to make my own canvases, this was like being set free.  Who would have thought that there was more freedom to be found in a medium as free as watercolour? 

These canvases are beautifully crafted right here on African soil. They are what is best described as a little piece of heaven, freedom, and a whole new painting experience.
